Aeris Mapping LLC ("Aeris," "we," "us," "our") is a Florida limited liability company offering geospatial mapping services. This policy describes how we handle information collected through aerismapping.com.

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, organization, email address, phone number (if provided), project type, project location, and message that you supply. Submissions are routed through our form vendor, Web3Forms, which delivers the contents to our team inboxes (jason.cobb@aerismapping.com and william.cobb@aerismapping.com).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to measure pageviews, session duration, and other aggregated behavior. The information captured by Google Analytics is governed by Google's privacy practices.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) maintains standard request logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

How we use the information

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To improve site content and navigation.
• To monitor and secure the site against abuse.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share contact submissions with third parties except for the form vendor described above, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
